Where we deliver and shipping cost
We deliver to addresses in Malaysia. Shipping is free for Malaysian orders, with no minimum order amount. The delivery charge shown at checkout is RM0. We do not currently offer checkout delivery outside Malaysia.
When to expect your order
Delivery to your address is estimated at about 15–20 calendar days after your order is confirmed. This estimate includes order preparation and transit; dispatch timing can vary by item. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Please allow extra time if ordering for a festival or another specific occasion.
Our statues ship directly from their source, depending on the item, including Tibet, Taiwan and China. We provide tracking details when they are available from the carrier. Delivery may take longer if there are carrier, customs, weather or other disruptions beyond our control. If we learn of a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update.
